By using presentAI you agree to these terms. presentAI is a free, best-effort service that monitors public sources and sends browser notifications about AI usage-limit changes.

presentAI is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or OpenAI. “Claude,” “GPT,” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what the service monitors.

Best-effort, no guarantees

• Notifications are generated by automatically monitoring public sources. Detection may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate, and alerts can lag an actual rollout.
• The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it for time-critical or financial decisions.
• Availability is not guaranteed; the service may change, pause, or shut down at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs. We may block access that does so.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, presentAI and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including missed or incorrect notifications.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
